It is only a human who could possibly conceive that the secret to eternal life is to get in with the right exclusive group.  And, moreover, it is a uniquely human weakness to presume to conjure magical powers of the grace of that exclusivity; a magical grace that somehow transforms its beneficiary into right thinking and right acting as a granted benefit of getting in with the right association and buying into the right things.

That couldn’t be more dogmatic and wrong.
